At Happy Hot Tubs we want your hot tub to be sparkling clean and ready to use whenever you need it. The best way to achieve this is through our two main water treatment plans which help simplify water care. We offer both Silk Balance and O-Care. These easy-to-use weekly treatments not only protect your spa, but are also proven to prolong the life of your pump. In fact we are so confident in these treatments, customers on Silk Balance will receive FREE pump and heater warranty and those on O-Care will receive FREE Pump Warranty, both inclusive of fitting*.

Silk Balance

Silk Balance is a water conditioner that comes from Canada and is exclusive to Happy Hot Tubs in the UK. This system is used by thousands of hot tub users in North America and is not onlysilk balance water conditioner simple to use but provides excellent benefits to your hot tub, including:

O-Care

O-Care is a two-part conditioner solution that is trusted by many hot tub users around the globe! The product slogan of soft, safe and simple really explains the benefits in just three words! O-o-care water conditionerCare provides a simple way to reduce chemical usage and experience softer water in your hot tub all year round. 

  • Prevents biofilm build-up in your hot tub pipes, making your sanitiser (chlorine or bromine) more efficient
  • Reduces the amount of chlorine or bromine used by 78%. This means a safer spa environment for your family
  • Softens your water, making your spa experience better
  • Simple to use, just add 2 compounds to the spa water once a week using the measuring cup included
  • Prevents strain on your pumps, filters and other components due to less biofilm build-up which leads to better and more consistent flow

Terms and Conditions

All plans are a minimum 12-month contract term (monthly and annual plans).

You have the right to cancel any of our plans after 12 months, by giving 1 months' notice in writing but any warranty/service will cease the day of cancellation.

If a monthly/annual payment is missed, your plan will be suspended until payments are up-to-date. 

Your plan will auto-renew on an annual basis unless you give us 1 months' notice prior to the annual renewal date.

If on a water treatment plan (O-care/Silk Balance) this must be used weekly in the spa to obtain the relevant warranty.
