These terms and conditions of sale apply to any order you place through www.happyhottubs.co.uk. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions of sale in their entirety. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

General

Happy Hot Tubs is a trading name of Hot Tub Care Ltd. All transactions related to this website are governed by English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Order

Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we despatch the product(s) or commencement of the services that you ordered from us. Prior to despatch of the product(s) or commencement of services, Happy Hot Tubs has the right to decline an order for any reason. We regret that on occasions we may have to decline your order if we have made a mistake and unintentionally published inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered). In this instance we will refund you as soon as reasonably possible by your original method of payment.

Prices and Payment

All prices on our website are in British Pounds, and the total cost of your order will be shown during checkout. Full payment must be made for all products before shipment of your order.

Delivery

Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of product(s) ordered and the delivery address. Free delivery is offered on order deliveries within mainland England, Wales, and selected postcodes in Scotland. Please see our delivery information section for full details. Whilst we endeavour to ensure orders are delivered promptly we cannot accept liability or consequential loss for any delay or failure to deliver an item on time.

Delays

Where the supply of your product(s) or service(s) is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand) we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.

Cancellations

If for any reason you change your mind and would like to cancel your order then we’re happy to refund your purchase providing it’s returned in a saleable condition and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please see our return policy for full details, including how to return an item. Please note custom covers are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned as these are custom made.

Missing, damaged or incorrect orders

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives at your door complete and in pristine condition. However on occasions you may find an error on receipt of your order, or an item may have got damaged in transit. In this instance please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the missing/incorrect/damaged item(s) so we can rectify as soon as reasonably possible.

Faulty items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the fault so we can arrange a refund or exchange. Please note we may require the return of the faulty item before a refund or exchange is issued.
