Which purchases can I earn/redeem Happy Points on?

Any purchases made on www.happyhottubs.co.uk when logged in to your account will qualify for Happy Points. Please note Happy Points cannot be earned or redeemed on servicing, service plans or purchases made offline (off the website). Happy points cannot be earnt on hot tub purchases made offline (in store or via phone). 

Can I earn and spend Happy Points in Happy Hot Tubs Stores?

Not just yet sorry! Happy Points can only be earnt and redeemed online only but remember you always get 10% off all chemicals and accessories (excluding O-Care and Silk Balance) in our Happy stores! Find your nearest store here

Can Happy Points be applied after purchase?

Sorry we cannot add Happy Points post-purchase so make sure you are logged in to your account when you shop!

When will my points show in my account?

Your points will show in your account once your order ships. 

If I return my item, what happens to my points?

Your points earned from a purchase will be cancelled and any points spent on a purchase will be refunded back into your points account.
