An Endless Pool is an excellent investment in your wellness and at Happy Hot Tubs we offer different service plans and water treatment plans to ensure you enjoy your pool for many years. Our plans help protect the workings of your swim spa while keeping your water fresh for a great swim experience.
Bi-Monthly Service Visit (£79 per Month or £850 Annually)
- Bi-Monthly maintenance visit (every 2 Months)
- 1 x Annual Service inc. 50% drain down and refill
- New filter set once a year
Monthly Service Visit (£135 per Month or £1400 Annually)
- Monthly maintenance visit
- 1 x Annual Service inc. 50% drain down and refill
- New filter set once a year
If your Endless Pool also contains a hot tub (E2000/X2000 models) then you will also receive 1x Annual Service on this part of the pool and a new filter set Annually (Worth £329!)

Swim Spa O-Care
O-Care is a weekly water conditoner used by thousands of Hot Tubbers across the World. They also have a great product for swim spa users with the following benefits:
- Prevents biofilm build-up in your pipes, making your sanitiser (chlorine or bromine) more efficient
- Reduces the amount of chlorine or bromine used by 78%. This means a safer spa environment for your family.
- Softens your water, making your spa experience better.
- Simple to use, just add to the spa water once a week using the measuring cup included.
- Prevents strain on your pumps, filters and other components due to less biofilm build-up which leads to better and more consistent flow

Terms and Conditions
All plans are a minimum 12-month contract term (monthly and annual plans).
You have the right to cancel any of our plans after 12 months, by giving 1 months' notice in writing but any warranty/service will cease the day of cancellation.
If a monthly/annual payment is missed, your plan will be suspended until payments are up-to-date.
Your plan will auto-renew on an annual basis unless you give us 1 months' notice prior to the annual renewal date.
