Winterising Your Hot Tub
We are hot tubbers, so we believe the best option is to keep on tubbin' in the winter. However, we understand that this is not for everyone! Our Winterise and Winterise+ packages are made to help you save money and protect your investment over the winter months should you wish to winterise your hot tub. Winterise - Just £399 for Winterise and Re-Open
This is our basic hot tub winterise and re-open package, which includes:
Winterise Visit
- Full pipe flush and water drain
- Thorough pipework vacuum to remove as much excess water as possible
- Shell wipe down and clean
- Filters, pillows and accessories such as remote controls (if applicable) removed
- Pump and heater unions disconnected and vacuumed
- Anti-mould chlorine wash
- Top-half of hot tub and cover wrapped in plastic cling wrap to seal the top of the hot tub
Re-Open Visit
- Re-connection of unions.
- Shell clean before fill
- Refill, chemical balance and shock
- Disposal of cover wrap and cover clean/protectant applied
- Re-fitting of filters, pillows and accessories such as remote controls (if applicable)
- Hot tub left fully comissioned and heating
Winterise+ - £499 with Re-Open Guarantee*
This is our premium winterise package with the removal of key parts, free winter tarpaulin cover and the peace of mind that we will solve any issues upon re-open. The package includes everything on our Winterise package (see above) PLUS:
- Removal of Heater (Provided to customer for warm/dry storage)
- Removal of Sensors/Thermistors (Provided to customer for warm/dry storage)
- Top of hot tub and cover covered with tarpaulin and wrapped.
- Re-Open Guarantee - We will resolve issues that arise at the re-opening of the hot tub when this package is purchased*

*If your Hot Tub does not function after re-start as it was on shut down we will repair/replace the parts needed. This includes out of warranty Hot Tubs. This only includes Hot Tubs sold by Happy Hot Tubs. Anything not working prior is not included. Does not include Lifters, Speakers/Music/Freshwater Salt or anything damaged as a result of extreme weather (IE things falling on the hot tub during shut down period). Does not include new covers or heaters. Services are pavable in full in advance.
